Sometimes you just need one visit. Maybe you’re getting a house ready to sell, moving in, or dealing with a one-off flare-up after a big storm. A one-time treatment takes care of it without signing up for anything.
What you get
The same full treatment as the first visit on a quarterly plan: the outside of the house, the yard spots where pests live, and the inside where you’re seeing activity. Covered pests are guaranteed for 90 days, so if they come back in that window, we come back at no charge.
One-time or quarterly?
If you see bugs year after year, quarterly service usually works out better, since the protection never lapses. If it’s a one-time problem, a single treatment is all you need. We’re happy to talk it through.
