Fall webworms wrap pecan and other trees in big silky tents. Aphids leave a sticky film on everything under them, which turns into black sooty mold on cars, patio furniture and the plants below. Other pests chew up crape myrtles, roses and shrubs around the house.
What we do
The tech looks at the trees and shrubs, identifies what’s eating them, and treats the affected plants. Some problems call for one treatment, others for a couple of visits through the season. We’ll tell you which.
Good to know
A healthy, well-watered tree handles bugs much better than a stressed one. Deep watering during dry stretches goes a long way.
